ABOUT THE AUTHOR
 
Mehmet Yildiz has been working as an IT professional for the last 17 years in various
settings. He has been training and providing consultancy in MS Windows 
NT and  other MS BackOffice products for several years. Mehmet has designed 
and produced over 20 professional technical training manuals which have been 
used in  corporate training centres. Currently he is working as a Systems Specialist
in an International electronics & telecommunications company.
He specialises in internetworking and enterprise networking systems. From 1993 onwards, 
he has completed numerous systems management and consultancy projects. 
He is an  MCT, MCSE and holds a Master's Degree in Educational Computing and a Graduate
Diploma in Information Management.  He is currently writing his 
Doctoral thesis on  "Impact of IT / IS training on business". He authored 
several  technical books in the NT Networking & MCSE field.
